What data we collect
We only collect the data we need to serve you well:
- Demo requests — name, company name (optional), phone number, e-mail address, your message, chosen language, and a spam score from reCAPTCHA.
- Newsletter — your e-mail address and chosen language.
- Collected automatically — visit statistics via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device type, a coarse location based on your IP address — which we anonymise) and a spam score via Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms against abuse. Analytics is only activated once you have given consent via the cookie banner.
Why we use your data
We use your data to: reply to your request and schedule a demo; send you the newsletter until you unsubscribe; and improve the website based on anonymised visit statistics.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, when filling in the demo or newsletter form, or accepting analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse of our forms. We do this in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
Where we store your data & retention
We keep requests and contact details in our CRM, hosted within the EU. E-mails are sent via SMTP2GO. For website statistics and spam protection of our forms, we use Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA) as a processor.
We keep lead data for as long as it remains commercially relevant, or until you request deletion. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; have your data deleted; restrict processing; object to processing; and withdraw consent previously given.

Cookies & local storage
We use three kinds of storage in your browser:
- Functional — your language, theme and cookie choice are stored locally (localStorage) on your own device. This is not tracking and requires no consent.
- Analytical — once you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (such as _ga) to collect anonymous visit statistics. If you decline, Analytics is never loaded.
- Security — Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms against spam and abuse. This is necessary for the forms to function and requires no separate consent.
